Honestly, not all women want to receive gifts. Of course, giving a gift is a valid expression of affection, and many women like receiving one. But not everyone is the same and some women don’t appreciate it at all.
It might be simply because it’s not their love language. Some would rather have sweet words or quality time. Or, they might feel a burden because of the cost of the gift. Still, others might feel that you’re buying their affection.
However, women who love gifts also exist as much as those who don’t like them. Gifts make women feel special. When you make the effort to think of what they would like to receive and then buy or get it for them, it shows your thoughtfulness and sweetness. Especially if you surprise them, it adds even more romantic value to your gift.
But it really depends on the woman whether she likes gifts or not. If you’re doubtful but want to give your lady a gift, you can simply ask her preference.
