Your problems won’t let go of you as well. They’ll consume you before you could even try to solve them.

Letting go of problems doesn’t mean ignoring that they exist. That would be a form of escape from the reality. However, it means keeping an emotional distance from them to allow yourself to continue your life despite the struggle.

Grasping our problems will not necessarily solve them. Recognize the emotional effects they have on you but try to approach them with objectivity. Evaluating problems from a wider perspective will help you find ways to deal with them more wisely and effectively.

Let go by stepping away from trying to control your problems or thinking about them over and over again. This will free you to actually solve them rather than trapping yourself in them and in the end, losing the way out.
