As an empath myself, let me tell you that loving someone comes naturally to us and it’s not something we can easily turn off like a switch.
We have the ability to feel and understand other people’s emotions and needs. And we tend to prioritize the feelings of others over our own, which sometimes makes it difficult for us to let go of someone we love.
But let me tell you, that doesn’t mean that we’re incapable of stopping loving them.
We let go of people when we’ve had enough and we know it’s time to move on and prioritize our own emotional well-being.
