They are masters of manipulation and gaslighting, so stay calm and rational in your interactions with them.
Don’t try to change them.
They have their own deeply ingrained personality traits that are unlikely to change, no matter how much you try to reason with them or appeal to their better nature.
Don’t let them get in your head.
They can be incredibly skilled at making you doubt yourself and your own perceptions, so maintain a strong sense of self and trust your instincts.
